The Axomera® ecosystem combines a CE-marked Class IIa therapy device, a clinical iOS app, cloud-based treatment documentation and the Axomera® Campus for training and continuing education.
Axomera® is a Class IIa medical device under MDR 2017/745, CE 0123. The device generates precise, undulated direct-current fields applied transepithelialy. Developed by Columbus Health Products GmbH based on over 30 years of research into bioelectric potentials.
The Axomera® iOS app supports physicians directly at the point of care: treatment protocols by indication, device control, parameter documentation and course tracking. The app is accessible exclusively to certified practitioners.
Session logs, treatment parameters and courses are securely stored in the cloud. Practices can access complete treatment histories at any time and maintain quality records.
The Axomera® Campus offers CME-accredited specialist seminars (online and on-site in Düsseldorf), e-learning modules for physicians and MFA training, plus ongoing scientific updates from the Axomera® network.
Over 50 indications in orthopaedics, pain therapy, sports medicine and allergology — from back pain, osteoarthritis, tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome to wound and bone healing. Evidence-based treatment protocols for each indication.
In clinical use since 2012. Over 20,000 treatments annually across 250+ certified practices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
